Payment methods

We make use of different payment methods. We offer the following payment options:
We can take Paypal, iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa payments.
If you have gone through all the options, carefully read our terms and conditions and if you agree, check the box.
When we have received the payment you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been accepted and an email with the invoice where you can find the details of your order. As soon as we have sent the order to you, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code, so that you can track your order and check the time of delivery.

How to order

When you have found the item you want, click on the “cart” button. You will then receive a clear overview of all the items that you have in your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or to check out. If you want to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart in the top right corner. When you check out you will see an overview of your shopping cart. Here you can check all the products in your shopping cart and you can change the numbers. Above the overview you will find a field where you can enter a coupon code if you have one.

Who handles your deliveries?

All deliveries will be handled by DHL.

Are there any extra costs for ordering to my address?

Please note that all destinations marked with an asterisk * are outside of the EU and may be subject to additional customs and duty charges. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be and they will be payable upon delivery.
We advise contacting your local customs office to get an estimation of charges prior to placing an order so that you can anticipate any potential additional costs.
Any orders placed under a free shipping promotion may still be subject to these charges.

Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days to return the product from the date you received the order.
To send the order back please fill in the return form which you can download here. Please fill in the return form and pack the item and return form carefully in the original packaging or any another, sturdy cardboard box.

Keep in mind that the costs and the responsibility for returning are for your own account. We advise you to provide returns with a track & trace code, because we are not responsible if the package is lost.


We only offer reimbursement of products. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item or items and place a new order for the right item or size that you want.

If the return shipment has been processed you will receive a confirmation by email. The amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account of the original payment method. Please note that we can only refund the amount to the account where the original payment came from.
